The Alexander Technique is concerned
with bringing about personal change. It helps people become more balanced in body and mind. It cultivates awareness
to enable us to prevent harmful habits that can result in stress and pain.

Mindfulness practice is a form of
self-awareness training. All of us have the capacity to be mindful. It simply
involves cultivating the ability to pay attention to the present moment, rather
than being ‘absent’ in the present and on ‘automatic pilot’ much of the
time. |
