Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique is normally taught on a one-to-one basis. For maximum benefit this is recommended.

6-week AT Afternoon Group Course in Lytham 2pm -4pm beginning on 7 September 2009.

6-week AT Evening Group Course in Lytham 6.30pm – 8.30pm beginning 10 September 2009-08

Small Groups max. 6 people

The Course includes 2 private lessons.
